At Sciwalker Education Limited ("we", "us", "our"), we strive to provide high-quality STEM educational resources and services. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle delivery, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Delivery Policy (Shipping)
A. Digital Products (Curriculum, Code, eBooks)

Delivery Method: Digital products are delivered via email or direct access link immediately after payment confirmation.

Issues: If you do not receive the download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@sci-walker.com.
B. Physical Goods (STEM Kits, Equipment)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Local Shipping (Hong Kong): We typically use SF Express for local deliveries. Delivery times are estimated at 2-4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
2. Refund and Return Policy
A. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable files (PDFs, software code, videos) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

Exception: If the file is corrupted or technically defective, we will provide a replacement copy upon proof of defect.
B. Physical Goods
We accept returns or exchanges for physical items under the following conditions:

Defective/Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind: We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
C. Services (Workshops, Consulting, Tutoring)

Cancellations by You:

More than 48 hours notice: Full refund (minus a small administrative fee, if applicable).

Less than 48 hours notice: No refund will be issued, but we may offer a credit for a future session at our discretion.

Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at info@sci-walker.com with:

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. If you haven’t received it yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
